The model is being built in 1:20 scale as classic RC model. The hull is a fibre glass and epoxy resin construction with bulkheads made of 4mm plywood. The deck has been build from lime planks 8x3mm. After sanding it was covered with fibre glass fabric 50g/m2. Then it was only filling, sanding, filing etc. until satisfactory result. 

Propellers, rudders, bulwark and railing are built of brass. Since it will be swimming boat, everything was painted with nitro enamels using airbrush. Propulsion is being build based on two engines of class 600 through gear box and brass propellers with diameters of 50mm, left and right.

Brass elements like railing for instance and all other pieces were soldered on separate wooden form and filed with files or with small modelling multi-purpose drill. Sometimes to prepare and build those wooden frames takes longer than building final elements.
As to painting, all was first primed with car grey undercoat paint, where all errors can be clearly spotted and can be later filled. As filler I use acryl Stuccolini, I think Greek. It is easy to sand afterwards. Then the primer again and final enamel.
