I'm attempting to build my first model boat (Marie Jeanne by Artisania Latina). I'm to the place where I need to bend the deck downwards and glue it to the concave framework (the instructions call this the outer keel and frames). I can bend it down where it is supposed to be but don't have a clue how to clamp it in place so the glue will hold.

On the forum you you have an option to upload pictures. There is a browse fields and button where you can paste path and file name and click upload. I think there is a size limit, but I do not remember it. Give it a try

Seems like more or less typical shape.
I am not sure about the thickness.

What I would do, however perhaps other will have different ideas:
Wood when wet becomes quite flexible. Wet the plywood for a while i.e. let it soak in warm water. Get some ropes, threads rubber bands anything and try to tightly tie that skeleton. Without the glue first. Let the wood dry in correct shape. You may have to repeat it once or twice. Eventually you will have correctly shaped deck.

I've already contact glued the decking boards on the plywood deck; can I still wet the whole thing without popping the decking loose from the plywood? Is contact cement waterproof?
